We are a family business with two generations working within the company. John Snr established the business in 2012 after working for 11 years for a National Hearing Aid Company and has been providing hearing care and hearing aids to residents in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire since 2002. John Ross joined the company in 2017, qualifying as a Registered Hearing Aid Audiologist in 2019. He furthered his qualifications later in 2019 by becoming a Clinical Ear Specialist. This has enabled us to further help hearing health by providing ear wax removal.
We continue to grow and now provide hearing care further afield, including Worcestershire and Cheshire, along with our original areas of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Shropshire. Although our clinic is based in Stafford Town Centre, we also see an increasing number of clients in their own homes using portable equipment.
Our services at our audiology clinic in Staffordshire include free hearing tests, supply and fitting of hearing aids, servicing and repair of all makes of hearing aids, regular free check-ups, ear examinations, and ear wax removal.
